Dear Sir,

Our first shipment of Iron Ore 56% has been sold now.

However, our next shipment of approximately 50,000 Metric
Tons of Iron Ore 56% (lumps & fines) will be loading from
April 1 to 7, 2004 and will reach Chinese port on or before
April 25, 2004 positively.

As the sea freight rates have increased substantially,
however, we are absorbing the same, but are constrained to
revise our price to US $ 70.00 per Metric Ton, C & F to
any port in China.
