It is main raw material of tetradecane, others applications include: liquid mosquito-repellent incense, hydraulic oil of large-scale punch, paraffin chloride, anticorrosive paint. powder paint, and top-grade melt adhesive, its derivative is chain poly-anhydride of 14c binary acid, it is very useful chemical and medical intermediate, it can be used ad curing agent of epoxy and propylene resin, polyester improved additive etc. It is main raw material of nylon 1214,and it can also be used as military devices, mechanical parts and automobile tubing etc.
